1. Contact us to confirm booking BEFORE continuing. The venue coordinator will ensure venue availability and provide you with your total Rental Amount. Note: The Rental Amount will include a 5% processing charge.
2. Fill out the ONLINE CONTRACT FORM below.
3. Your credit/debit card will remain on file so that you may be automatically billed.
AUTOMATIC Billing is described below
$150 of the rental amount will be charged when the booking is confirmed.
The remainder of the rental amount will be charged the day of the event and not refundable
The rental amount is only available if you cancel your booking one month or more before the event.
Your credit/debit card will be charged $35 for each additional hour of cleaning required by our cleaning service.
Damaged or Missing Property
Your credit/debit card will be charged up to $300 of the cost to fix or replace damaged or missing property.
If the property loss or damage is over $300, you will be separately invoiced the remaining amount.
Failure to pay for loss/damages will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
