A Damage Deposit is added to every rental and is required to reserve the venue. See Venue Rental Contract for details.

BEFORE filling out a contract, paying a booking/damage deposit, or paying the rental charge.
#2 Online Rental Charge Payments must include a 5% ONLINE PROCESSING FEE.
To calculate the processing fee, multiple your TOTAL AMOUNT DUE by 1.05.
Example: $100.00 x 1.05 = $105.00.
ONLINE PROCESSING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
