What do we do with our sponsorship donations and the profits from our events?
Crosby Days admission is FREE. Sponsorship donations go toward event expenses (e.g. entertainment, food, event and activities cost) which keeps cost down and allows us to offer free admission.
Crosby Community Club is a non-profit organization. We use donations and sales (e.g. Concessions, vendor events, hall rentals) to host activities and events, charitable giving, and pay our operating expenses (e.g. building maintenance, supplies). Sponsorship donations help us "keep the lights on" as well as give us an opportunity for improvements. In 2018-19 improvements included floor refinishing, replacing our stage roof and the purchase of new tables. We are currently in the process of updating our bathrooms (thank you Cornhole contributors!) . In the future, we are looking forward to sprucing up the kitchen area and purchasing new chairs. We are grateful that we have continued community support to be able to continue to fix up our 100+ year old school house for future events and activities!
