Pricing & Information
All rentals requires a refundable $250 damage & cleaning deposit. This deposit will be refunded 15 days after the event provided the building key is returned and the facility is in the same or better condition as it was when it was rented. Crosby Community Club will keep the full amount or the deposit or a portion of the deposit as needed to address the following: Replace building key, fix damage, and/or clean the facility. Any cleaning that needs to be done is charged at $30 an hour.
